Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits the East Sussex Safer Communities Partnership website.

Your information will not be used for any other purpose without your permission and will not be kept for longer than necessary. If you are concerned about providing your personal information online, we can arrange alternative means for you to do this. Email is not a secure method of communication because the text may be intercepted by third parties. Please do not include any sensitive or private information in your email correspondence with us.

E-mails regarding routine feedback, comments or suggestions we will keep for 2 years from when they were received. We will keep your correspondence for up to 6 years if it is a complaint or requires further action from us.

Use of cookies
A cookie refers to a text file which is stored on a user’s hard drive and is used to identify that user when they revisit a website. A common use of cookies is to store information entered into a form so it does not need to be re-entered on subsequent visits.
We do not use Google Analytics cookies or any other tracking cookies, nor do we allow any social media cookies on our website by including live feeds.
